Building libxsd-frontend
To build in the source directory simply run 'make'. You can also
build in a separate directory, e.g.,
$ mkdir libxsd-frontend-i686-pc-linux-gnu
$ cd libxsd-frontend-i686-pc-linux-gnu
$ make -f ../libxsd-frontend-x.y.z/makefile
Installing libxsd-frontend
